The Sailer family has been producing oils in raw-food and organic qualities and selling them at the ‘Ölmühle Sailer’ that they’ve been running in Lochau for almost 10 years. Everything from seeds to pellets is processed: into oil, mash, flour, breakfast porridge and more. Most of it is sold without packaging. That’s why it’s the place for all foodies and health-conscious to find beautiful gift ideas from the region. There’s also a small fine café where visitors may enjoy home-made cakes baked with the Ölmühle’s own nut flours.
