Eismanufaktur Kolibri has been in business for more than 25 years and is now also selling its ice cream through its shop on Kornmarktplatz in Bregenz. Regionally sourced ingredients, quality and many different varieties are the priority. The ice cream is made by hand without the use of any artificial flavourings. The extraordinary and special selection of its own creations has made the parlour a popular place for ice-cream fans to get together.
